HOW TO REGISTER: STEP 1 - SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM: Simply download or print a registration form by clicking the link below. Complete and sign the form, then mail it to the address listed on the form. PLEASE NOTE that completed TEAM ROSTERS are due by April 30th, 2010. Full payment is required in advance to secure your team or individual spot. STEP 2 - SUBMIT PAYMENT: Full payment is required to secure your spot. All spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis until sold out. No spots can be held without full payment. See COST & PAYMENT section below for payment options and instructions.
